WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UK
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked Standard Delivery. Please allow 3 - 5 days working days, this does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed up untill midday will be posted the next working day.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked Standard Delivery. Please allow 2 - 3 days working days, this does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed up until midday will be posted the next working day.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch of goods.
As a small business, we cannot at present guarantee a next day service, however, please contact us as we may be in a position to expediate an urgent order.
Delivery times given are estimated and from time to time may be affected by events outside our control, for example inclement weather or postal strikes, for which we will not be responsible.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Sale items are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase, or include a note with your order number, name and contact number. Your order number can be located on your shipping confirmation email.
We cannot accept returns that has makeup, fake tan or other marks on it.
If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified within 48 hours via email with your name and order number and photo of the fault.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We DO NOT offer free or prepaid returns at present; all returns will be at the buyers cost.
Please obtain a proof of returns postage. We would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
Exchanges
As a small business we are unable to offer an exchange service, however, this is something we will be working towards in the future.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
As a small independent boutique, we kindly request that you try and return unwanted or unsuitable items within 14 days, we have a fast turnover of stock, and as a small business it would really help us!
