- What is the best way to contact us?
The best way to contact us at Michele Hope Boutique would be via our contact form or email us directly at enquiries@michelehopeboutique.com Upon receipt of your message one of the team will respond to you as quickly as possible.
- Can I make changes to my order?
Whilst looking at our website and selecting your items you can make amendments up until you have completed your order. Once you have completed your purchase unfortunately no further additions or amendments can take place under this order number.
If you have placed more than one order in a short space of time, we can combine them for you so you only pay one delivery charge.
- What if an item is unavailable?
If you find an item is unavailable or no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us via our contact form. Although each print is limited edition, we may have an item held back from sale that could be available.
It's always worth asking!
- Can I only place an order on-line?
To ensure that we complete our credit checks securely, we only accept orders on-line for the website. We do not at present have a facility to take payments over the phone.
- How can I subscribe to the Michele Hope Boutique Newsletter?
We are starting our small business mailing list very soon but in the meantime, please do sign up and please do look out for discount codes on our social pages.
- What currencies does Michele Hope Boutique accept?
Currently we only ship within the UK and therefore accept all payments in Sterling
- Can I exchange an item?
As a small family business, we do not have the facility to exchange on-line purchases due to our fast turnover of stock.
Should you wish to purchase an alternative item and to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you create a new order with your alternative item and return your old purchase as soon as you can, so we can refund accordingly.
- How quick will I receive my order?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and our delivery times can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.
- Can I change my delivery address?
We will only deliver to the address that matches the payment address which would have been confirmed and checked when you make a purchase.
Should you wish to delivery to an alternative address, please contact us before completing your purchase.
- How can I return my order?
You can return your item to us by post (go to Delivery and returns situated at the bottom of our website)
Details regarding returns for the website are noted under the Delivery and returns link.
Please obtain proof of postage for any return as we cannot be held liable for items being lost in transit.
- What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Whilst we endeavour to check each order prior to dispatch, in the event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as you have received your order.

Once we have received your correspondence we can then discuss how to get the correct item to you or how we can replace your faulty item.
- How long will it take to return an item?
Once we have received your returned item, we aim to complete your request within 7 days. Please refer to our Delivery and returns link located at the bottom of our home page for further details.
- Why has my order been cancelled?
We would cancel your order if no payment has been received or if for any reason there was a problem with stock. In both circumstances we would inform you via email with an explanation for our action. You can then contact us to discuss.
- What payment methods does Michele Hope Boutique accept?
We currently accept payments from major Credit Cards, Mastercard and Paypal. We collect transaction data – such as paypal or credit card which is fully encrypted. We use Stripe and Paypal to process our webshop payments.
In order to keep your data secure we use a regulated third party company to securely carry out the standard pre authorisation checks. These checks are to ensure you have sufficient funds available for your order and to ensure you are the correct card holder. Michele Hope Boutique does not hold any of your Credit card or Mastercard details. The same process is used for transactions with Paypal.
During the payment process you will receive email notification of payment and the process of your order.
We are currently not taking payments via ApplePay but this is something we are working towards.
