Please make certain that you give the correct delivery details with your order. If you do make a mistake please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately if the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to retrieve the parcel or accept a return.
Once your order has been dispatched, royal mail or our alternative couriers will make contact to arrange delivery. Undelivered parcels will be returned to the depot for ‘redelivery the next day’ and we can not guarantee how the courier will store it. This is why we ask you to give clear instruction in the delivery comments as to where the parcel can be left in the event of you not being available to receive it.
In the event of a delay our courier should contact you to let you know. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control. Any delay in dispatch and/or delivery for whatsoever reason shall not be grounds for a claim for consequential loss. You own the product once we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
